It has a nice breakfast.

Lunch and dinner menu. Not the same at the both times. The only thing that they actually dont have is a beach. If you want to go somewhere use crab the hotel taxi is very expensive. We got to the Airport with crab -300PHP but the hotel asks 900 PHP. If you stay there more than 3 days you get tired of the menu. We went to the other hotels near by.

The staff were polite.

The staff were polite. It’s good if you are looking to have a quiet time as it is quite far from the main city.

The airport shuttle service is overpriced, triple the price of the local taxi. The rooms were small. Not worth the money.

Resort is amazing, pools are amazing.

Resort is amazing, pools are amazing..the beach is bad but service and pools are 5*

Food,breakfast and alacarte menu.. I know that you know that around hotel is nothing for dinner but food looks like in hotel low category..Breakfast are very simply similar, plates,ware is old and broken, The resort is amazing lovely but you have to change food concept.. maybe you have to change just plates glasses and some small food arange. On breakfast missing more sweet pastry more vegetables ( you have just 3 types of salads) more jams or nutella yogurt..

It was okay.

I requested for a simple bed set-up and they made a huge cake towel for my baby and it’s super cute. We also forgot to bring our charger port but the staff were so kind to lend us their charger port.

The only thing I didnt like was their breakfast buffet menu it has a very few selection, the parking which is really far from our room and so when we checked out my partner had to carry all our things to the car and also after we checked out my partner parked the car near the lobby which has a huge space and does not bother anyone because we decided to have lunch in their restaurant, but the staff came to us while eating and asked us to transfer the car. I just think it’s very rude since we were in the middle of eating. Lastly, I was carrying my baby towards our car but the guard didnt even bother to assist us and open the door.

The staff are very friendly and it was a nice view from the room. Really nice to sit by the pool and relax. Good breakfast.

At dinner the staff, although friendly, were not so attentive. The resort has a beach but during the day the tide is out so it’s not possible to swim.

i liked just view .

i liked just view .and breakfast good.

i stayed one week and from first day my skin start have problem .finally i was bitten from bugs.all my legs ,as and arm .i told for staff about it and nothing reaction.my friend same room have same problem.we so angry .its the best bad hotel what i saw at my life.

Was secluded with sea access, with many swimming pools.

The beach was not great. When the tide went out, there was no beach with water, 2 ugly sea walls that looked horrible. No atm on site would have to go to town and fight traffic to get money.

It was nice and fun

I like the pools and the staff and the food and the entire vicinity

I didnt like the bedsheets and pillows, there was a bad odor and it has stains. I dont like the CR, it was clogged. And the first time we enter our room there was a fishy foul smell.

Super Personal, sehr schöne Pools, gute Zimmer.

Leider hat es sehr oft nach Kanalisation gerochen. Weiters fanden wir es komisch das alles im Resort um das Ca Vierfache teurer als draußen war.

„Teuer Teuer Teuer!!!!

Ein völlig in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel was mehr Schein als sein ist alles in dem Hotel ist völlig überteuert von den Zimmer über die Getränke bis hin zu dem Airport Shuttle. Das hotel macht ein riesen Gewinn an den Gästen mit den Getränken und dem Essen weil der Gast keinerlei Einkaufsmöglichkeiten rund um das Hotel hat. Der Strand war überhaupt nicht zum Benutzen und es roch extrem nach gammligem Wasser. Im Hotelzimmer war Schimmel an den Wänden und im Bad überall an den Türen Splitterte schon der Lack ab. Das Personal war zwar stets bemüht darum alles Sauber zu halten aber bei vielen Mängeln die einfach mal richtig behoben werden sollten gab es keine Verbesserung. Sehr viel Asiatische Gäste die sich teilweise auch extrem daneben benommen haben und sehr laut waren. Das Essen war für den teuren Preis auch überhaupt nicht zu akzeptieren. Mussten das Hotle frühzeitig verlassen weil wir es nicht mehr ausgehalten haben ich kann niemandem empfehlen diesen Ort und das Hotel zu besuchen

„Mit Mr. Bong vor dem Resort eine Tricycletour machen !!!Geheimtipp

Mr. BONG bietet vor dem Resort Tricyclefahrten an - umbedingt in anspruch nehmen - ein sehr netter vertrauenswürdiger junger Mann. Im Grunde eine schöne Anlage - nur unangenehm, dass man für alles extra bezahlen muss auch wenn man Tischtennisspielen möchte, Ausflüge sehr teuer, Strand so gut wie nicht vorhanden. Kellner Raffi war fantastisch er hat uns so viele Tips gegeben, was wir machen könnten.

Musik beim Essen war furchtbar, Essen war nicht aufregend, Personal hat sich bemüht, Zimmer war nicht so gut- schon alt und das Badezimmer nicht funktionstüchtig.

„Preis/Leistungsverhältnis könnte besser sein

Mehrere tolle Pools mit schönem Ausblick. Ein sehr langer Steg führt ins Meer, von dem aus man schön den Sonnenuntergang sehen kann.

Wir hatten uns für den relativ hohen Preis etwas mehr erwartet. Toilettenspülung funktionierte nicht richtig und Teile des Zimmers waren renovierungsbedürftig. Der Strand ist nicht wirklich zum Baden geeignet. Frühstückbuffet sehr asiatisch. Für Europäer fehlt eine größere Brot/Käse/Wurst-Auswahl.

„Super schöne, erholsame, entspannte Tage

Das Pacific Cebu Resort hat einen eigenen Strand. Wunderschön. Traumhaft angelegt. Diverse Swimmingpools. Alles traumhaft. Wir hatten ein Strandhaus mit Terrasse und wunderschönen Ausblick aufs Meer. Obwohl das Resort ausgebucht war, hat man das in der Anlage nicht gemerkt. Es gab genug Möglichkeiten zum relaxen und entspannen. Die ganze Anlage ist in weiß,blau gehalten. Wir würden jederzeit dort wieder übernachten. Sehr, sehr freundliches Und aufmerksames Personal.

Das Essen war nicht so toll. Morgens gab es ein Frühstücksbufett, sehr viel Auswahl, aber die warmen Speisen waren sehr schnell kalt.

„Das Hotel ist okay, aber als Europäer ist man in drei Preiskategorie anderes gewohnt

Das Personal ist äußerst nett und zuvorkommend. Immer hilfsbereit und mit einem Lächeln im Gesicht. Trotz unseres Aufstands wegen der Zimmer am Anfang, waren Sie immer extrem freundlich und haben es uns versucht angenehmer und Recht zu machen. Dadurch, dass das Hotel nicht voll ausgebucht war wirkte eine recht familiäre Atmosphäre, man kannte das Personal recht schnell und wusste mit wem man es zu tun hat. Das hat mir sehr gut gefallen.

Das Hotel ist schon ziemlich in die Jahre gekommen. An jeder Ecke der Anlage besteht Erneuerungsbedarf vor allem in den Standardzimmern. Deren Badezimmer sind nicht das wofür man Geld bezahlt hat. Auch wir hatten uns beschwert und nach langem Meckern ein anderes Zimmer , die sogenannte ''Villa'', als Ersatz bekommen. Dies war dann zufriedenstellend, aber als bestes benanntes Zimmer des Hotels, dennoch nicht das den benannten Preis wert. Nachdem wir nach langer Beschwerde und viel Hin und Her uns durchgesetzt hatten, mussten wir dann auch nicht den zunächst geforderten Aufpreis des Upgrades bezahlen. Das Hotel ist recht ruhig , was einerseits super ist, aber was das Entertainment am Abend oder Belustigung der Gäste dann doch hängen lässt. Besser gesagt Entertainment und Abendprogramm gibt es nicht. Die Anlage an sich und der Infinity-Pool sind trotz etwas in die Jahre gekommen schön! Der andere Pool hingegen benötigt dringende Erneuerung! Im gesamten benannten Pool splittert die Beschichtung bzw Innenanstrich des Wasserbeckens so stark ab, dass es weder hübsch aussieht noch angenehm für die nackten Haut/Füße im Wasser ist.

Das Frühstück war europäisch gut und die Villa überwiegend sauber.

Das WLAN hat nicht funktioniert und die Lichter in der Villa konnten nicht verstellt werden. Die Getränke am Buffet waren buntes Zuckerwasser und die Küche alles in allem eher schmutzig. Es gab viel Personal die nichts zutun hatten aber ein Tablett mit Essensreste stand am Pool einen ganzen Tag lang rum. Beim verlassen des Hotels wurden uns Dinge der Minibar in Rechnung gestellt die wir nicht verbraucht hatten.

Das Zimmer musste bei Ankunft nach eigener Anweisung nochmals gereinigt werden (Rattenkot). Leider keine Sitzmöglichkeiten auf der Veranda. Die Zimmer sind klein und bieten wenig Ablage. Das Essen ist sogar für PH Verhältnisse ziemlich fettig. Das Öl für frittiertes ist nicht mehr frisch, davon wollte niemand etwas wissen.

„Gewinnmaximierung

Man fühlt sich sicher. ob das Wasser sauber ist, ist nur schwer einzuschätzen. Das Personal gibt sich extreme viel Mühe alles sauber zu halten, eine echte Herausfoderung, den alles ist weiss gefliest und man sieht jedes Staubkorn. (war sichrer gut gemeint, ein Alptraum fürs personal)

„Nicht mehr...

Das Bett war bequem und die Aussicht war schön.

Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis steht in keinem Rahmen. Für Fr. 170.00 pro Tag erwarte ich mindestens ein abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Leider jeden Tag nur das gleiche. Viel Rummel dafür mit Geburtstagspartys und Hochzeiten etc. Für die anderen Gästen kaum ein Lächeln und Service übrig. Wasser wird auch gespart. Im Zimmer nur tropfenweise kaltes Wasser. Duschen kaum möglich, auch Klopapier scheint ein Mangel zu sein. Das Hotel hat an uns sehr gut für Philippinische Verhältnisse verdient - kein zweites mal. In meinen Augen ein **-Hotel und nicht wie angepriesen ****
